Rubbed with our special brisket seasoning and slow smoked for 14-16 hours makes for a very tasteful experience. Served in our sandwiches, meat combos or stand alone. Don't forget to top with our homemade sauces.

Covered with our special rub then slow smoked for 5-6 hours these ribs are guaranteed to melt in your mouth and help yourself to the sauce of your choice.

Bone in, fall off the bone chicken halves that are marinated in our secret seasoning brine over night and slow smoked for 3-4 hours until tender, locking in the juices. Served on its own or in our meat combos.
